Sinclair women score 127 in home victory

Dayton, OH – Sinclair extends its winning streak to 8 with a convincing victory over Hocking College 127-53. The Tartan Pride shot 54% from the floor while achieving a season high of 34 assist on 54 field goals. Five players reached double figures, led by Amanda Schroeder's (6-00/SO – Carroll H.S.) 31 points, 16 rebounds, and 5 assist.

Kierre James (5-02/SO – Lima Sr H.S.) continues to climb the all-time assist charts adding in 10 assist and 26 points on the night. Three players reached career-highs in scoring Myalisa Beal (5-08/SO – Dunbar H.S.) with 22, Sarah Bettinger (5-09/FR – Anna H.S.) 20, and Josie O’Brien (5-10/FR – Fairmont H.S.) finished with 8 points.

Keeara Nared (5-06/SO – Thurgood Marshall H.S.) has been solid with her guard play 17 points, 9 rebounds, 10 assist just 1 rebound shy of a triple-double.

Shalyn Johnson led the Hawks with 23 points in the loss.
