Dayton, OH – A stellar come from behind 35 point performance from Kierre James (5-02/SO – Lima Sr H.S.) was enough to lead the Tartan Pride to its seventh straight victory.

Edison State came out firing on all cylinders as the Tartans got off to a slow start after one quarter down 14-8. The Chargers (6-2/1-1) later couldn't connect but tried to rally scoring 33 points in the fourth quarter. Despite foul outs, Sinclair's Tartan Pride scored a quarter-high of 38 points in the fourth to seal it's fifth home win this season.

Sinclair's James was a force playing all 40 minutes and shooting 11/18 from the field adding 3/6 from the 3 point line. Jennifer Witker (5-08/SO – Bellbrook H.S.) played valuable minutes defensively to assist in the comeback victory as Sinclair faced early foul trouble and fought to keep 5 players on the floor.

Amanda Schroeder's (6-00/SO – Carroll H.S.) added 20 points, 10 rebounds, and 7 blocks while nailing some critical free throws down the stretch. Sinclair shot 51% from the floor and 27/38 from the free throw line as they continue to control tempo with limited depth.

Kailani Broyles and Sarah Bergman both led the Chargers with 15 points each.

(15)Sinclair (7-0 / 1-0) will face Columbus State Community College in a conference match-up Saturday December 1, 2018 at 1 p.m. in Building 8!
