    Dayton, Ohio – Sinclair (19-12) opened tournament play Tuesday night with a 99-76 victory over visiting Clark State (15-16). The win moves Sinclair to 69-11 all-time against Clark State and 4-0 in post-season.

    Dayton, Ohio – Sean McNeil (Sinclair) posted a monster week Feb. 18-24 scoring 97 total points in three games to earn OCCAC Player of the week for the 7th time and NJCAA National Division II Player of the Week for his efforts.

This week’s recipients are Hattie Murphy (Cuyahoga), Whitney Thames (Owens) and Sean McNeil (Sinclair).

    SPRINGFIELD, Ohio – A handful of OCCAC hoopers have been recognized for their superb performances on the hardwood last week (Jan. 28-Feb. 3), named the conference’s Players of the Week. Kierre James (Sinclair) and Clair Schmitmeyer (Edison State) split the D-II women’s votes to earn co-accolades while Owens’ Moreina Moore picked up the D-III honors. For the men, Sean McNeil of Sinclair and Lorain County’s Thomas Hronis brought home the D-II and D-III laurels, respectively.

    Dayton, Ohio-The Sinclair Men’s Basketball staff is pleased to announce the first signing of the 2019-20 season, local two sport standout Terrance Lander from Dayton Dunbar. He comes to Sinclair after originally signing and playing NCAA Division I football for Purdue University in the Big 10 where it wasn’t long after he arrived in West Lafayette, Indiana till he earned the starting spot as Wide Receiver.
